A young couple: Cinthia is a Mexican anthropologist,
Stoffel is Belgian and educator.
After a few years in rainy Belgium we came back to Mexico to build out our lives.
We are developing two projects:

| Project 1 : ‘Hostal El Cascabel' (Cholula-Puebla) |

In Cholula we have our house. It includes a shop where we sell our own coffee and artesania.
There are also two adjoining studio's
where we can receive guests. |

| Project 2 : The Misty Wood (Teocelo-Veracruz) |
|
In Teocelo we bought a small plantation where we produce bio-coffee.
In the future we also aim to provide eco-tourism on this location. |
